FEAST MARKET is an online web shop, delivering premium quality meat and frozen food from Australian, New Zealand, Japan & Europe. Cut-and-Made to order, and vacuum sealed, freshly delivery just for you.

1.MEAT DELIVERY

  • Available daily, 7 days a week, MON-SUN, accept public holidays.
  • Our delivery starts from 9am to 9pm daily. Please refer to our delivery location and schedule.
  • Place your order before 7pm daily, for earliest next day delivery or another day after. Delivery will take 1 to 3 days upon order confirmation and location schedule.
  • Order can be place up to 30 days in advance.
  • If you have any special request for meat delivery, add in to the “Notes to Feast Market” section when checking out.

2.DELIVERY FEES

  • KL & SELANGOR ORDERS
    Free Delivery: Minimum order RM200 and above
  • OUT-STATION ORDERS
    Delivery Fee RM25, for order RM300 and above.
    Delivery Fee RM40, for order less than RM300 below.

3.MEAT DELIVERY – NO ONE AT HOME/ RECEIVING

  • We take every precaution to ensure complete delivery
  • Please provide us the correct shipping address and phone number.
  • Please ensure that someone to receive your meat delivery that require to sign for the receiving document.
  • If no one is home/receiving of the goods, Feast Market will be return back to the warehouse, we will charge the customer re-delivery fee RM15 for Klang Valley area.

4.PAYMENT

  • Only full payment is made at check out, the order will be process.

5. REFUND POLICIES

  • To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Our products are 100% guaranteed, however, if the products you have received is unsatisfactory, we will replace the product or refund all or part of your money after a review of your complaint has been completed.

Please check the contents of your order upon delivery because once the delivery note has been signed it is then assumed that your order has been fulfilled and a refund is less likely to be granted.

If you do have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted please contact us within 24 hours.
